These Terms form an agreement between Ivasco LLC and each user. They apply to https://ivasco.io, the Telegram channel and all related services. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by email notice, a platform notice or a revised date on this page.

2. Services

IVASCO provides two main types of services:

• Membership (Publication Services) — financial-market news, analysis and reports on securities and traded assets, delivered through a private Telegram channel.
• Academy Services — prerecorded educational video courses delivered through Telegram and purchased separately.

3. No investment advice

IVASCO is not a registered investment adviser or broker. All materials are provided solely for information and education and are not personalized investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the materials and making investment decisions. Trading financial markets involves a substantial risk of capital loss.

4. Your account

Authentication is provided through Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by a failure to protect your account.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, collect data through bots, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with our systems, distribute malware or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Telegram dependency

A Telegram account is required to access the service. Telegram is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Telegram outages or service failures.

7. Payment and pricing

Membership:

• Trial period — 7 days free
• Monthly membership (30 days) — €70
• Quarterly membership (90 days) — €180
• Annual membership (365 days) — €600
• Payment is due in full and in advance
• We give 30 days’ notice of price increases

Academy courses: each course is purchased with a one-time payment.

Payment methods: credit or debit card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are not stored on our servers. Cryptocurrency payments may be available through a third-party gateway.

8. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you cancel a membership, access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Intellectual property

All materials, including text, analysis, video, graphics and trade ideas, are the exclusive property of Ivasco LLC. You receive a limited licence for personal use only. Copying, distributing or publishing materials without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analytical materials. IVASCO is not liable for losses arising from the use of the materials provided.

11. Territorial restrictions

Services are offered only in jurisdictions where they are lawful. We may restrict access by region. Users in sanctioned jurisdictions may not use the service.
